Our daughter has been at The Great Play Place for two years, and we couldn’t be happier to have found this center. She loves attending and interacting with everyone, from the director to her new preschool teacher (she recently transitioned to the Pre-K class). There’s no better feeling than knowing she’s happy to be there.

My kids have been attending The Great Play Place for a couple of years, and it is an awesome place for children. I appreciate their communication regarding my kids and what’s happening with them; it keeps me in the loop. I also love that they embrace my autistic child and treat him like the other kids. They are very involved with the children and love them as their own.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was around 8 or 9 months old, and now she’s almost three and still attends this daycare. I trust her teachers completely, as they always inform me if she gets hurt or misbehaves. The director is very kind to the children and parents and always greets me when she sees me. This daycare used to be at a smaller building, but with the transition to a bigger building and more staff, they still have my trust. My daughter is currently going through a “biting phase,” and I’m working with a behavioral specialist on it. However, if it’s determined that she needs to take a break from daycare until she overcomes this phase, it has nothing to do with the daycare, as they are incredibly supportive and actively help her work through her milestones.

Absolutely love this place! My son has been attending for just over a month, and he loves it too! He smiles whenever he sees his teacher—any of them, in fact—and reaches out to them! He’s only 10 months old, and yet they have included him in arts and crafts, such as hand prints and feet prints on a clover for St. Patrick’s Day and a bunny for Easter! Super cute! They always make sure he eats and naps. He’s currently learning to walk and making such progress because of them! Thank you all who work there for creating a fun and safe place for my child to be while I’m at work!!! Strongly recommend!!!

I have always been skeptical of leaving my kids at a daycare, especially when they’re so small and can’t tell us what’s happening. I brought my baby to this daycare and am so grateful I did. I love this daycare. I love the staff. I love the peace of mind of knowing my child is safe. I appreciate how they treat my baby, even while engaging in activities. I would be lost without this daycare!! My son will not go anywhere else but here! I’m protective of my kids and don’t leave them just anywhere, but I have no worries here. My baby loves being dropped off and goes straight to any of the ladies! I honestly cannot complain about anything! I truly thank these women for taking care of my child like their own!!!!

My daughter has been with The Great Play Place since she was two; she is now four and is still attending. She absolutely loves it there and asks to go to school every day, even sometimes on weekends, and talks about Mrs Latavia and how great she is. Mrs Victoria and all the staff members are absolutely amazing; they have gone above and beyond to help my kids. I also have a 1-year-old who’s been attending since he was three months old and loves Mrs. Katrice. 🙂

We absolutely love The Great Play Place. We tried a few other daycares that just weren’t the right fit for us, so we’re glad to have found this one. Our daughter has been attending for two years and loves going. The staff has been awesome—they love our girl just as much as we do.

Love this place. They really live up to their name! The owner is one of the most thoughtful and understanding people. The staff is very friendly and does a great job caring for the kids. They are very quick to communicate any changes when needed. I actually feel at peace leaving my babies there in the mornings, which says A LOT!! Thank you guys for all you do!

We love The Great Play Place! Our almost 3-year-old has grown so much since joining this daycare. At his last daycare, he was bored and often acted out. This place understands that he is a toddler with big emotions in a little body. Here, he is allowed to be a kid. He loves his teachers and his classmates.

They offer a lot here, and he is learning so much. They are so caring all around; they even want to understand how the parents are doing. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this place.

Great Play Place is the perfect name for this daycare. My kids have been attending since 2022, and they always have a happy disposition when I pick them up. I don’t use the school drop-off service, but I’ve never had any issues with their after-school transportation to the center.

The owner, Ms. Victoria, is extremely caring and attentive to the kids and parents. She’s always been swift to handle my concerns, even replying to my emails outside of business hours. One of my kiddos has ASD, and the staff has always been patient and have collaborated WITH me to find solutions to some of the social and behavioral symptoms of a child with that diagnosis.

If you’re considering this daycare, I absolutely recommend giving them a chance—you won’t be disappointed. A BIG thank you to the Great Play Place staff for all that you’ve done and continue to do for my children; I appreciate you!

The Great Play Place is a place with teachers who demonstrate patience, kindness, and respect. My son is new to childcare and is a total momma’s boy! At his previous daycare, he was terminated because he wasn’t as independent or detached from me as they wanted. He struggled to transition from being with me every day, and they weren’t willing to work through the process of helping him feel comfortable. But God works in mysterious ways!

One day, while at a thrift store, he was crying because he couldn’t get his way, and randomly, a young lady walked up and asked if he was in childcare. I explained what had happened, and she suggested I try the Great Play Place. I jumped on it because it was hard to find a place that would work with him. I called and set up a tour ASAP!

During our visit, Ms. Kayla was more than willing to listen AND explain their procedures here, reassuring me he was reacting the way a child does, and they were more than willing to help him. She made me feel like this was the right place for him, as he just needed patience and care. Since day one, they have been incredibly supportive, allowing him to adjust at his own pace. He is doing so much better here, and they always update me on his daily activities and send pictures, which really help me ease my mind, knowing he is in great hands. I am VERY grateful for the staff. They always have great attitudes, they always greet me with energy, and any request I ask for they respectfully work with me. I have even gotten help with my other child’s behavior from this staff—they are truly willing to help wherever they can.

Thank you all for your TLC with my baby boy! I recommend this place to all my friends with children, and I look forward to watching his progress as he grows here!
